Presenter guideline

Oral presentation
Oral presentations should be prepared in MS Powerpoint format (.ppt or .pptx). The preferred format for PowerPoint presentations is 16:9 (as opposed to 4:3). The presenting authors are asked to adhere to their time limits (see below).
1) Keynote lectures (on invitation) will have 30 min, i.e., 20-25 min to present and 5-10 min for discussion.
2) Invited presentations will have 20 min, i.e., 15-16 min to present and 4 min for discussion. Invited presentations are presented within a session and introduce/review the specific area addressed by the session.
3) Regular oral presentations will have 15 min, i.e., 12-13 min to present and 2-3 min for discussion.
Poster presentation
Poster panels will be suitable for posters with A0 format (approx. 85 cm x 120 cm- PORTRAIT, NOT LANDSCAPE). The presenting authors should be available during the poster sessions to present/answer questions on their posters (see program).
The presenters must stand in front of their poster during the poster session and give a short presentation of 1-3 min to the judges.
Best oral/poster presentation awards
During the conference, a jury will judge and rank all graduate student oral/poster presentations. At the closing ceremony of the conference, the best oral/poster presentations by a student will be announced and awarded.
